It was not crowded kids were able to go on the slides without lines.Villa was perfect plenty of room for us and 4 grandkids.Staff was polite and friendly.Will return next year.

We stayed here in the off-season (tale end of April). We had a very quiet stay. The location of our room to the indoor water park was excellent! It was an underground corridor, with an easy walk on a gentle slope and incline. We were also very close to the on site restaurant for the breakfast buffet and Starbucks. The room was very spacious and overlooked the river. Had it not been 30 degrees at night during our stay, and if I would have thought to bring a warmer bath robe, would have liked to enjoy the outdoor whirlpool that was the size of a typical outdoor pool at a roadside hotel. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and amazingly helpful. I

The location was fantastic!!! We loved that it was on the outskirts of town with a great view of the river and woods. This resort was a quieter place to go with our family. There was little to no waiting in lines at both the indoor and outdoor waterparks. Our two bedroom condo was very spacious. It was an ideal resort for those in our group who cannot handle large crowds, two of which have Autism. It was so nice that the waterpark passes were included each day of our stay!

the indoor water park was fantastic and in good working order and sanitation. the bathrooms were mostly clean which is hard in a waterpark setting. the loft unit was clean and comfortable aside from the beds being awful. al sleep was not great for any of the 7 of us. this is why despite liking most of the fascilities, we will likely stay someplace else next time.

The room was exactly as pictured. This was the first time the "whole family" stayed in one condo & not separate rooms. It was GREAT and we played cards until too late! Will do again.

Prices were high but it seems everything is in the Dells. The location isn’t convenient, but the seclusion was nice once we were settled. The zip line crew was by far the best. So worth it and the best part of our trip!

The size of the room is nice. Having the kitchen/ dining/ living room area was good. It was good having 2 separate bathrooms. The staff was super friendly and answered all the questions. It was great having the tunnel to go to the water park. The arcade was fun for the size it was. It was also great getting the towels at the pool area. Will definitely come back.
