I enjoyed how helpful and professional the staff was. Our room was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The waterpark was so much fun. There is something for everyone. Slides, a water roller coaster, lazy river, activity areas, splash pad, an arcade, and more. The staff went out of their way to help find my son after he ran from his sister. Whenever we called guests services, they responded quickly with towels, cleaning the room, or just answering questions.when it was time to go, we left a phone in the room. It was recovered quickly for us. We had a wonderful time.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I asked for more towels at the front desk -and they handed then to me which is what I preferred - instead of waiting for someone to bring them to my room. It was clean and comfortable. We loved our balcony looking through the trees to the river. Easy access to move throughout the resort.The college dance and mascot camp kept it lively and entertaining.
